Laundry Room
I am absolutely thrilled to recommend RR Renovations. I purchased a condo in the Westwinds in Avon Lake that desperately needed a complete tear out of the laundry room and a partial tear out of the guest bathroom. The finished laundry room is absolutely a work of art. Rick and his crew utilized every ounce of space to not only provide for a stackable washer and dryer but also to create much needed cabinet space and a folding area with a gorgeous countertop. The plumbing needed to be redone as well as the floor. The end result is a beautiful room off the kitchen that anyone would be happy to do laundry in. The guest bathroom also now has a shower that is much roomier than the standard, very narrow bathtub and is complete with a seat that either can be down or folded up along with a grab bar that provides security. The finishing touch is the gorgeous medicine cabinet and light fixture that replaced the very outdated mirror and old countertop. Rick and his crew completed all this in just 8 days and made sure every day that the work area was clean and safe. They were polite and respectful and so very considerate and careful with my home. I would not hesitate to hire them for any job in the future.

Rick and his team did a wonderful job with the transformation of our ugly basement. Working together on ideas, they created specific areas for storage with easy access to items when needed. Much attention to detail left us with a great entertainment area, a new laundry room, a half bath and beverage and wine display area. Work was completed in a timely manner. Highly recommend RR Renovations for your remodeling project. Rick and his crew remodeled our master bathroom, and we couldn’t be happier. I was resistant about a few of Rick’s suggestions, but after seeing the project completed, Rick was right, and I’m glad I took his advice. I had wanted a tile floor in the shower, but Rick recommended the shower pan…great suggestion. He also recommended that we move a wall, and again he was correct! Each day the guys cleaned up the mess and left the house as clean as possible. We’re already thinking about our next home improvement project and will be giving RR Renovations a call.

RR Renovations was contracted to remodel a bathroom and install a new basement flooring. During planning discussions, Rick walked me through several different options and assisted me in making decisions that were affordable. Rick is very knowledgeable and talked with me through the entire process from start to finish. The crew was friendly and incredibly hard-working. Each evening before leaving, Rick made sure to summarize in person what was accomplished that day and what the plan would be the following day. Costs and expenses were always discussed upfront. The entire project was completed on time. Overall, I’m extremely impressed with the work they did! I never thought my bathroom could look so amazing! I recommend this company and plan to call again in the summer for additional help with outside work.

Happy with all the work done by RR Renovations. Rick came to our home before work started to discuss what we wanted done and to make some suggestions. Rick and his crew worked well together to complete updating one bathroom,changing all the fixtures in another, installing a new door, installing all new hardware on all the doors in our condo and updating some of the lights in the condo. They did a great job on the plumbing and electrical work needed. When they left for the day they made sure everything was cleaned and ready for the next day. We had a small problem with one of the door knobs and Rick came out to fix it soon after I notified him..
We were happy with the outcome and feel that RR Renovations was well worth the price. Quality work, professionally done and stands by his work. We would hire RR Renovations again.
